We make your custom order item based on the information you provide. We will provide mock ups and pre-sew images for your approval to make sure we get it right the first time.
if an error is made(we are all human, and they do happen), if it’s our fault we will cover shipping costs to correct it. If it was your directions you cover the cost of shipping.
